P-LAB is a Verona-based company that provides IT consulting and software solutions, both on established platforms and innovative technologies, in enterprise software design and data analytics with and without the support of Artificial Intelligence. This Code of Ethics defines the principles and guidelines that guide our actions and decisions, with a particular focus on preventing and combating corruption in all its forms.

3. Anti-corruption policy

P-LAB adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption. We are committed to preventing, identifying, and combating all forms of corruption, including, but not limited to:

Bribes and Extortion: We strictly prohibit the offer, promise, giving, solicitation, or acceptance of money, goods, services, or any other undue advantage to influence decisions or obtain improper benefits. This applies to interactions with public officials and private individuals.

Gifts and Hospitality: Any gifts or hospitality offered or received must be modest in value, occasional, and consistent with normal business practices. They must not in any way be construed as attempts to influence decisions.

Conflicts of Interest: We are committed to avoiding situations in which personal or third-party interests could negatively influence our business decisions. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed and managed transparently.

Money Laundering: We are committed to preventing money laundering and cooperating with the relevant authorities to combat it.

Extortion: We do not tolerate any form of extortion or coercion.
